Window tint software

Take the knife off the glass

Pre-cut tint patterns for every make and model, running on the same platform, the same plotter and the same subscription as your paint protection film work. One software, two revenue lines.

Legal limits vary by state and by window. Check your state rules before you quote. ULTRAFILMCUT cuts the pattern, it does not decide what is legal where you install.

What pre-cut actually changes

TimeShaping moves to the benchLess time at the vehicle means more cars a day without hiring. The bay stays productive while the bench does the shaping.
FilmNested beats oversizeA nested pattern uses less roll than a hand cut oversize piece, on every window, on every car.
RiskNo blade near defrostersBlade work near defroster lines and door seals is where the expensive mistakes live. Pattern cutting removes it.
ConsistencyYour second tech matches your bestA verified pattern produces the same outline regardless of who is holding it.
CoverageSedans to vans, any tint brand3M, LLumar, SunTek, FormulaOne or whatever you carry. Brand independent, with no dealer requirement.
CostNo second subscriptionTint patterns sit in the same library and the same plan as your PPF work.

How tint cutting runs

01

Search the vehicle

Enter year, make and model and pull the matching tint template. Front, rear and side glass are held separately so you cut only what you sold.

02

Load film and set the plotter

Load the tint roll, confirm blade and force, and connect over USB or network. Tint is thinner than paint protection film, so drop your force from your PPF profile.

03

Send to cut

Pick the glass, preview the piece and send it. Output formatting for your plotter brand is handled for you.

04

Shrink and install

Shape and install with less trimming and a cleaner edge. The pattern gets the outline right. Heat shrinking curved rear glass is still your craft.

Where hand cutting still wins

Odd vehicles, aftermarket glass, replaced windows and one off commercial work will always need a knowledgeable installer with a blade. Pattern software is not a replacement for skill. It removes repetition from the ninety percent of jobs that are repetitive.

  • One subscription covers tint and paint protection film
  • One plotter profile and one calibration routine
  • One request queue for missing vehicles
  • One support number when something is wrong

Patterns account for seal clearance and defroster lines, which is the main reason installers stop cutting on the glass. On vehicles in the library the fit is consistent between technicians.
