Plotter Setup Guide
Getting your PPF plotter machine connected to ULTRAFILMCUT in five steps
Install ULTRAFILMCUT
Download and install the software on your Windows 10 or 11 PC. Run the installer as administrator and enter your license key when prompted.
Connect Your Plotter
Connect your cutting plotter via USB cable or network. Power it on and ensure it appears in Windows Device Manager before launching the software.
Run Plotter Setup Wizard
Open ULTRAFILMCUT and go to Settings > Plotter Setup. Select your plotter brand and model from the dropdown. Configure blade pressure, speed, and offset for your film type.
Run Calibration Test
Print a calibration test cut to verify your settings. Adjust offset and blade depth until you achieve clean, accurate cuts through the film liner without scoring the backing.
Start Cutting
Search for a vehicle pattern, load your film, and send to cut. ULTRAFILMCUT handles all plotter communication and file formatting — no manual file export needed.
